JOB SUMMARY 工作总结 :
Work with BUD and BU to initiate and support business project management and monitoring, i.e. EP acceleration project, Emerging marketing development, Physician engagement, LV recovery plan, etc.
Support DVP/GM to develop China CAHF business strategic program for both short term and long term
Support Corporate initiatives roll out in China, i.e Corporate account management, distribution channel optimization.
Support GDVP/GM and BUD to develop and execute cross BU activities, MYM, Mobile working system; etc
Support business by working closing with market access team to interpret local policy and develop local coping strategy/solutions. i.e. 2-invoice, DRG, SDM, etc.
Support CAFH to roll out SFE enhancement, product mix improvement, pricing management
Lead CAHF China initiated project development and execution: white space expansion, teaching center partnership , Scholarship/fellowship engagement, CESP training/education/examination/certification to industry field employees
Work closely with RA, Clinical affairs on new product registration process optimization and management, i.e OBL, SKU expansion, IIS trial
RESPONSIBILITIES 职责 :
Engaged in developing and monitoring major strategic initiatives;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key customers for China.
Strong interpersonal skills to interface with key internal and external customers
Ability to identify market trends through market analysis and to develop action plans to address market trends.
Liaisons with relevant internal departments/companies/authorities for projects/business
May lead project contract negotiations on top of market developments and business opportunities.
Responsible for expanding company’s business field in a large region or in multiple/one important product line(s). Develops and implements company business
Support DVP/GM to develop China strategies and execution: OBL; local partnership; emerging market development; etc
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 其他功能和职责
Willing to travel and work overtime
Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to CAHF APAC’s and China’s policy and requirement
Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of CAHF APAC and China
Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of APAC and China are executed
Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Industry Experience: Medical high value implanting product or high value consumables, cardio surgery business experience will be higher priorities
Skills: Project management, Strategy development, sales and marketing insight, communication skill internal and external, key accounts engagement, sense to policy and ability to adopt the policy.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in multinational company with expertise on health care consultation, business operation in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) essential
