Abbott Business Planning Manager in Shanghai, China
Work with commercial head ,deeply understanding Endo market and competition environment to develop Endo China short and long term strategy, align with AV strategy .
Create novel ways to assess and report upon the Endo business KPIs that allow better business decisions to be made.
Own and drive quarterly update of Endo business to AV China leadership team.
Manages Endo China’s market model with long term estimates on market growth,market shares, etc.
Manages Endo presentation and materials and communicates these with Endo leadership team.
Monthly update Endo product line S&OP primary sales forecast due to the business development.
Drives special projects with Endo team based upon near-term requirements.
Works with external consultants and vendors to produce Endo market research reports.
Support PCIO IDP by product performance and forecast monthly update and regional supply chain & marketing communication.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other internal departments.
Educated to degree level, with MBA preferred
At least 3 years of consulting experience or relevant marketing experience
Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Strong analytical and business intelligence skills in respect to gaining and interpreting different sources of data
Ability to handle multiple tasks, responsibilities and timelines at the same time
Excellent written and oral skills (Chinese and English);
Excellent presentation skills
Good analytical and modeling skills
Desire for continuous learning
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
