Abbott e-Commerce Marketing - Group Manager in Shanghai, China
Responsible for the annual EC marketing activation planning based on the consumer and market understanding.
Driving excellent planning and implement ion of key EC festival activation to drive business result.
Work closely with cross functional team includes but not limited to brand team, marketing service and EC sales team to provide the best-in-class online shopping experience to consumers.
Set up EC CRM system and use data to help understanding consumer profile and shopper journey to help optimize product offering, media investment and customer marketing plans to recruit new users, elevate conversion rate as well as driving existing users’ repeat purchase.
Set up and develop team routines, KPI, performance evaluation.
Seek and provide feedback and coaching to enhance the team performance.
Develop team for skills and capabilities for current role and preparing for future roles.
Industry experiences: FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred.
Position experiences: At least 6 years working experience related to marketing; Experience in digital or E-commerce marketing is preferred.
Language Skills：Excellent communication with Mandarin and English is must.
Computer Skills: Familiar with office soft ware
Mobility: Able travel based on business request.
