Tracking study and primary research management
Manage tracking study to monitor pediatric brand performance
Parter with marketing/sales/CRM strategy development, understand business situation, Initiate proper primary research study that answers to business questions
Work with Sr manager for holistic market./brand and consumer analysis based on various information sources/studies
Manage internal/external resource and vendors to achieve the research objectives.
Influence, train the cross functional teams on insights generation and how to leverage knowledge in key decision making
Research Budget Handling
Faciliate research team budget management process (Account setup, payment, contract)
Provide budget update to management team
Research vendor management to make sure quality/on-time delivery
Industry experience s :
Solid market research skills, for both qualitative and quantitative studies;
Has experience on soical listening, tracking study or panel study;
Infant milk formula industry experience is a plus.
8+ year research experiences in agency and/or in-house;
Strong management skills, including agencies management, multi-task executions, etc.
Independently handle all products research condination & projects with each working unit;
In-house experience is preferred;
