Take 2 key roles: incentive leader and business partner to target BU Take charge of sales incentive management, including incentive scheme design, deployment, calculation and analysis. Periodically review incentive progress with leadership team and take actions on incentive scheme on ad hoc business requirements. Optimize the standard process to manage incentive, including 2 layers: scheme and payout, for scheme, design, approval, communicate, for payout, calculate, check, communicate, archive. Conduct sales planning for BU, including target hospital selection, FTE forecast, territory design, target allocation. Provide deep-dive business analysis for target BU, including internal sales performance and external market intelligence Implement corporate projects and KPI’s in target BU, like HCP management, CRM KPI, Ace project, Conch project, etc.
Bachelor’s degree is a must and consulting background is preference Proficient at Excel & PPT, and strong business analytics skills Solid business understandings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Be ready to develop team member, and other talents in department
