Abbott Territory Manager - Coronary - South central in Solihull, United Kingdom
As a Territory Manager you will assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory (South central) by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.
This territory covers areas such as; Brighton, Southampton, Portsmouth, Reading. Product portfolio includes: stents, balloons, wires, 3D imaging using OCT and physiology with Pressurewire.
Achieve territory total product sales targets and associated individual product targets.
Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency, develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients and prepare and monitor tender submissions & awards as required.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer record keeping (CM), rolling forecasts, monthly highlights, expenses, etc. in line with divisional standards.
Manage samples, demo devices, promotional and phone expense budgets as per your plan spreadsheet to ensure expenses budget is contained.
Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by the Company's products where possible.
What you'll need:
Appropriate tertiary qualification or Medical/Paramedical certification eg. nursing or Relevant industry experience or relevant sport / science degree.
Relevant Product Knowledge including communication of clinical and/or technical data.
Preferably prior learning of professional selling skills, especially within the medical devices or pharmaceutical arena.
Relevant experience in a sales role in the Health Care Industry.
