About the position and the team:
The Sales assistant will support the Sales department of 8 specialists with booking and administration of all Sales activities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager with administration, gathering and presenting management information and translation of sales- and marketing information.
Organize meetings, conferences and ad hoc events.
Produce letters, reports, graphs, presentations etc. to a high professional standard.
Participate and taking notes in weekly meetings.
Support Sales Manager with registration of new customers in Salesforce.com.
Assist on withdrawal of reports to be converted into Excel spreadsheets.
Education/ work experience
Preferably a university degree or equal within marketing/ communication or equal.
2-4 years of work experience in service or sales
Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken;
Very strong skills in Excel;
Attention to details;
Good computer skills (Office 365) including word processing;
Good communication, administrative and organizational skills;
Driving license “B”
