Tender Manager Sweden & Finland - Solna based
This position will be reporting into the Market Access Manager for Sweden and Finland
As Tender Manager Sweden & Finland you will project and manage tenders through producing documents for bids, managing tender information and bid timelines, and assisting with tender material.
Map all existing & future tenders for ADC in Finland & Sweden. Develop a strategy, based on the competitive situation to influence payers & reference groups according to ADC portfolio offering.
Develop pre-tender lobbying materials, prepare tender offering documents, develop tender profitability calculations and provide tender results analysis
Produce high quality bids that achieve a high success rate, and evaluate wins and losses and feedback to relevant parties and make improvements.
Work, together with Market access , with incoming specifications and tenders and communicate with our payers & other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Take ownership of the bid process; establishing standard documentation, statistical information.
Project manage large bids ensuring ADC meet their responsibilities and quality bids are produced with a high rate of success
Evaluate and feedback to the business on wins and losses, and suggest and implement improvements to increase success rates
Maintain a detailed understanding and alignment with the healthcare system at national and local level to ensure a coordinated approach so that Abbott commercial goals are realized.
Preferably educated at Bachelor or MsC level, combined with specific courses in Tender / Bid Management
Attention to details.
Organizational skills – with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively
Good (fluent) verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, Finnish and English – clarity in communications
Initiator with strong interpersonal skills
Good teamworking and decision-making skills
Knowledge of and experience in the bid process
