An opportunity has arisen within Abbott Vascular for an experienced and dedicated Regional Specialist Training Manager based in NSW to provide infield training to our Territory Managers across NSW, QLD and NZ in Coronary Physiology and OCT, and to work with the main contact points across our Key Accounts and in field to deliver specialist training to an advanced level.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the main aspects of this role include:
Provide the relevant Territory Managers with high level clinical and product expertise to an advanced level
Drive the PCI optimisation in Key Accounts
Manage the development strategies and liaise closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager and Territory Manager to drive the PCI optimisation businesses
Ensure high standard of product knowledge is maintained
Attend company sales meetings and customer events as required
Maintain training records and produce reports as required
Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards Interstate, intrastate and international travel as required
Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel will be required to fulfil your duties
In addition to the above, the relevant experience is required:
Comprehensive understanding of Cath Lab environment and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention is essential
Previous experience with intracoronary imaging is preferred
Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs at a high level
Tertiary qualification in relevant Science or Health field is preferred
Ability and willingness to travel is required
