Abbott Sales Executive - Visayas in Taguig City, Philippines

To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying sales opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.

Key Areas of Accountability:

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.

  • Ensure marketing plans and strategies are correctly implemented.

  • Make regular sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and results. Promote and demonstrate product effectively.

  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients either through new assays or new instruments.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activity in assigned territory.

  • Maintain close relationships with accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company’s products. Appraise current and future customer needs and formulate ways to apply company products and services to customer requirements.

  • Represents Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring that activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

  • Ensure achievement of sales goals and continue to increase market share and number of accounts.

  • Ensure timely collection of accounts receivables to direct accounts and dealers to achieve DSO goal and to avoid credit hold.

  • Ensure proper forecasting of instrument and reagent requirements of his territory.

  • Preferably with sales experience in the diagnostics or health care industry.

Minimum Qualification:

Must have a degree in Medical Technology or allied courses.
