The Key Account Manager is held accountable for providing accurate and timely sales forecast.
Serve as the primary contact with all new opportunities.
Provides update reports to regional sales manager regarding Win/Loss Ratios, Lead Conversions, Quota attainment, and Customer Satisfaction.
Demonstrate leadership within peer group.
Develop and execute strategies for generating leads, building pipelines and closing opportunities.
Core Job Responsi b ilities:
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales funnel.
Generate new LIMS software business by effectively managing leads and opportunities
Work closely with sales specialist to deliver excellent product presentations.
Design and deliver unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for customer.
Responsible for selling total solutions to target; non-enterprise accounts (high-risk / upselling renewals; new business)
Establish and build deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs.
In-depth understand of the competitive landscape.
Build and lead internal cross functional selling team to execute account strategies.
Analyze impact of market trends and factors on customers.
Develop strategic account plans for closing deals and achieving sales goals.
Negotiating long term contracts.
