The Business Systems Analyst for Salesforce implantation will play a key role on a project team by partnering with the business to understand their business needs, document business process flows, define requirements, and partner with IT counterparts and project team to ensure a successful delivery using Agile principles of IT solutions. Leads department level projects or provides assistance to Program or Project Managers on phases of larger projects.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Applies and executes standard information systems theories, concepts and techniques and assists in the development of standards and procedures.
Works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes and needs and opportunities for improvement; identifies IT capabilities and information required to support the business processes and collaborates in the development of appropriate information management strategies, developing them as an integrated part of the business strategy.

Analyzes business processes; elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility and makes recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing IT technology components.
Demonstrates an innovative approach to solving business problems.
Identify process disconnects and translate them into improvement opportunities with cost savings or avoidance, productivity improvements, or revenue generating business benefits.
Understands System Life Cycle process.
Software Life Cycle documentation creation (i.e. Project Charter, Process Flows, User/Functional Requirements, User Acceptance Tests).
Prepares testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are accurate and complete.
Translates business requirements into user and functional requirements; performs data and process modeling; manages change; and leads, coordinates / performs testing, verification, and validation of requirements.
Develops information systems strategies that meet the requirements of the business. Identifies the business benefits of alternative strategies. Ensures compliance between business strategies and technology directions.
Partners with business to ensure the appropriate business procedures, training and communications are developed per project. Conducts training when appropriate.
Delivers projects on-time and within budget constraints and provide accurate and timely communications to management.
Understands the core business systems and how the integrate with upstream and downstream systems.
Manages and provides expert advice on, the selection, design, justification, implementation and business use of information systems.
Develops business relationships and integrates activities with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts. Manages relationships between clients involved and IT organizations to assure effective communication between the groups is occurring. Brokers services within IT community on behalf of customers; coordinates system solutions. Allies with other IT functional areas to remain current on project status, and inform customer management of progress; conversely, keeps IT managers aware of user issues and resolves conflicts.
Manages medium to highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects and contributing to formulation of IT strategy. Work involves creative application of wide range of technical and / or management principles. Establishes organizational objectives and manages multiple assignments.
Bachelors Degree plus 4-7 years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
4-7 years experience.
Working knowledge of Salesforce platform.
Experience implementing Continuous Deployment.
Hands on experience with SDLC methods and tools (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
