Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) is looking for a Product Manager Healthcare Professionals (HCP) (m/f/d), based in Wiesbaden. The Product Manager HCP will be responsible for supporting programs and tactics associated with the marketing of the FreeStyle umbrella brand in Germany with regards to Healthcare Professionals. He/She will be responsible for creating, managing, and supporting cross-functional efforts around marketing strategies, programs and tactics associated with HCP marketing in Germany.
Execution of marketing strategies and the development of programs and tactics with special focus on strategic objectives associated with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
Develop and/or assist in creating tools and programs for multiple audiences, including but not limited to HCPs, associations and other external customers
Coordinate and/or assist in planning and development of communication for Healthcare Professionals communication and other external customers
Development of selling, advertising and service materials for Healthcare Professionals in close cooperation with sales Manage new product introductions and act as product manager for certain product lines
Actively participate as a member of the cross-functional brand team, and closely collaborate with Market Access team, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Regulatory, Legal, and Medical Affairs
Coordinate and successfully manage key vendors and agencies to ensure project success
Planning and management of marketing budget
Develop and assess metrics to ensure successful program implementation and operation
Ongoing market and competitive analysis and development of corresponding actions
University Degree in Business/Marketing, Science or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience and successful track record in product management/ marketing ideally of a medical device or pharmaceuticals
Experience in diabetes care or in the field of glucose monitoring and Sales experience is a plus
Very good PC skills (Microsoft Office, other)
Excellent project management skills
Presentation, communication and motivational skills
Leading of and working in cross functional teams
Excellent English language skills, fluent in German
Travel up to 20%
