Abbott Diagnostics Division is looking for a

Scheduling Specialist (m/f)

based in Wiesbaden.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate manufacturing and testing activities and allocate resources on a daily base

  • Create / maintain and communicate feasible production plan

  • Ensure manufacturing and testing completion within given targets

  • Training of others

  • Co-operation with Manufacturing/Product Operations area and Operations Quality and Planning

  • Reliable execution of manufacturing and/or testing within established timelines

  • Ensure operations are performed in accordance with applicable Division and regulatory requirements, as well as in accordance with Safety, GMP, FDA, ISO 9001 and DH Quality System requirements

  • Maintains 6S standards in lab and office

  • Performs/supports Lab Investigation (LIR) process

  • Ensure good schedule linearity performance

  • Ensure balanced resource utilization

Your Profile:

  • MTA, BTA, CTA (or equivalent) with at least 2 years related experience. Bachelor in science, engineering, business administration or related discipline with at least 0 - 2 years related experience

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Knowledge and experience in standard software
