We currently have an opportunity for a Business Support Administration Manager to join the team in this newly created position.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Witney site administration team, providing clear direction, strategy, support, guidance and measures. You will proactively seek opportunities for improving or streamlining team activities, whilst ensuring that the “business as usual” service provision continues. Creating a work environment that supports team effectiveness, you will coach, mentor and develop team members to ensure shared objectives are achieved, and members excel as both a team and individuals.
To be successful, you will have a strong secondary level education, with a breadth of experience in administrative support. You will bring exposure to both people and project management, strong MS Office skills, and experience of driving administrative process improvements.
You will be comfortable working autonomously, showing initiative and independence, but equally will be able to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with and engage colleagues through tasks and change/improvement activities. You will be organised by nature, with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and multi-task. You will portray excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident at dealing with people at all levels of the business.
